Parts Page (click here)The Price Pump HP100SC-600-21576 is a Close Coupled Centrifugal Pump End, type HP series, with a 316 Stainless Steel volute, a 6.00 inch CPVC impeller, a 316 Stainless Steel bracket, Type 21 EPR/9055 Severe Duty Carbon/Silicon Carbide Mechanical Seal, 1 Inch FNPT Suction x 1 Inch MNPT Discharge, and fits a NEMA 56J footless motor. This pump end is a compact close coupled centrifugal pump end. It has a 316 Stainless Steel bracket and a Viton volute o-ring. The CPVC impeller threads onto the motor shaft, so the pump end mounts straight to a NEMA 56J footless motor with no coupling and no alignment to hold. It handles liquid temperatures to 160 degrees F and heads to 180 feet, with a maximum solid size of 0.030 inch and a Pump Energy Index of .746 to .892. This pump end is fitted with a Type 21 EPR/9055 Severe Duty Carbon/Silicon Carbide Mechanical Seal and takes a 1 Inch FNPT Suction and a 1 Inch MNPT Discharge, and it must be run above its minimum flow of 0.5 GPM. It is also available with a different impeller diameter: HP100SC-575-21576 at 5.75 inch, HP100SC-550-21576 at 5.50 inch, HP100SC-500-21576 at 5.00 inch, HP100SC-450-21576 at 4.50 inch and HP100SC-400-21576 at 4.00 inch. The impeller can also be trimmed to 5.25, 4.75 and 4.25 inch, trimmed at the factory from the full size impeller, as HP100SC-525-21576, HP100SC-475-21576 and HP100SC-425-21576. The curve does not draw these diameters; a trimmed pump takes the motor of the next larger diameter the curve does draw.

The Price Pump HP100SC-600-21576 is a Type HP Close Coupled Centrifugal Pump, with a 316 Stainless Steel volute, a CPVC impeller and a Viton o-ring.
It handles liquid temperatures up to 160 degrees F and develops up to 180 feet of head. Maximum flow is 20 GPM and minimum flow is 0.5 GPM; it must be operated above the minimum flow to avoid damage. Temperature limits are based on standard seal and gasket materials, and will vary according to the liquid being pumped.
The maximum solid size is 0.030 inch, and the suction must be flooded. This pump end is fitted with the EPR/9055 Severe Duty Carbon/Silicon Carbide mechanical seal.
