Jabsco Pumps

Jabsco is part of the Xylem family, a global industrial manufacturing company. It is most well known for its flexible impeller pumps. The flexible impeller pump is now used in cooling pumps on all small and medium sized marine engines. More than 80 years ago the first Jabsco flexible impeller pump was designed in California in the 1930s, and now Jabsco produces more than half the world's output of flexible impeller pumps to unequalled standards of quality, reliability and durability. It is also the leading supplier of fresh water pumps, waste systems and general purpose pumps for marine use, supplying all boat builders worldwide with their products.

Jabsco Accumulator / Pressure Tanks

Accumulator tanks hold a reservoir of air and water downstream from the pump. Accumulators allow a pump to reach shut-off pressure more smoothly which reduces the on/off cycle and gives better control of hot water delivery.

Jabsco Blowers

Jabsco Blowers are designed to remove fumes from the engine compartments of gasoline powered boats prior to start-up. Jabsco Blowers can also be used for air intake or extraction in galleys, bilges, accommodation and head compartments.

Jabsco Centrifugal Pumps

Centrifugal pumps handle high volumes with a smooth and non-pulsating flow. The flow rate can be regulated from maximum output to no flow with no damage to the pump. An excellent pump for general transfer applications.

Jabsco Diaphragm Pumps

Jabsco electric diaphragm pumps are compact and have a huge range of options for wetted materials, voltage, pressure switch setting and flow. Diaphragm pumps must be used with a coarse strainer to avoid blocking the check valves.

Jabsco Engine Cooling Pumps

Jabsco flexible impeller pumps are perfect for cooling marine engines; they are self-priming, they offer the ability to handle solids in suspension like sand and silt, they are simple, they are highly reliable, and they are easy to maintain.

Jabsco Lobe Pumps

Jabsco lobe pumps use two counter-rotating rotors that create a steady, positive pumping action. As the rotors never touch each other or the pump case, Jabsco hygienic lobe pumps will not contaminate or degrade the fluid. What comes out is what goes in; no more, no less.

Jabsco Macerator Pumps

Macerator Pumps grind solids into small particles that easily pass through the discharge port of the pump. These pumps are self-priming and have Stainless Steel Cutters.

Jabsco Flexible Impeller Pumps

The flexible impeller pump combines the priming features of positive displacement type pumps with the general transfer ability of centrifugals. It will pump either thin or viscous liquids and can handle more solids in suspension than other types of rotary pumps.

Jabsco Sanitary Pumps

Jabsco Hygienic Flexible Impeller Pumps handle low and high-viscosity liquids, gels and pastes and can pass suspended soft and hard solids with minimal damage. The output flow is smooth, steady and totally pulsation-free and their gentle pumping action will not break down shear-sensitive or fragile liquids.

Jabsco Searchlights

See what’s at sea or on deck when you’re boating at night. Xylem offers a range of bright, long-lasting products, including remote control searchlights, bracket-mounted floodlights and wiring harnesses.

Jabsco Toilets

Jabsco is the world’s largest manufacturer of small craft marine toilets, so we have a fair amount of experience in waste system design and installation. Jabsco's latest toilets are easy to service, simple to use, and offer terrific value for the money.

Jabsco Vane Pumps

Sliding vane pumps are designed for the transfer of diesel fuel and light oils. Many have excellent priming capabilities that enable them to be mounted high on construction machines and prime through strainers and check valves.

The terms reliability, engineered solutions, and fluid management science collectively describe Jabsco Pump products. They represent a legacy of innovation that spans almost 90 years, and account for millions of quality products sold and used around the globe.
Their history of pump industry leadership is a result of their dedication to continual development, which is reflected in the fact that their products are specified by the world’s best-known boat builders and marine engine manufacturers.
Jabsco makes pumps and accessories for the Marine, Industrial, Healthcare and Food Processing Industries. The products it makes for the leisure marine market include water systems and water system pumps, engine cooling pumps, searchlights, blowers, toilets and marine waste pumps and systems. Major marine users include Caterpillar, Cummins, Volvo Penta, Bayliner, Bénéteau, Jeanneau and Sea Ray.
Jabsco also makes flexible impeller, diaphragm, sliding vane and stick-type drum pumps for general industrial liquid transfer duties, hygienic applications, fluid transfer in chemical processing, laboratory, paint processing, plating, and construction. Major industrial customers include Glaxo Wellcome, Kelloggs, Nestlé and Unilever. For the Healthcare and Food Processing Industries JABSCO's industrial liquid handling products include state-of-the-art hygienic rotary lobe pumps for foodstuffs, dairy products, pharmaceuticals and bio-tech process liquids.
For many in the food industry, pumping delicate, viscous fluids and products that contain solids in suspension has been a regular challenge. There are many types of pumps on the market; however the effects on product quality can be disastrous if the wrong type of pump is installed in the process. The secret to successfully handling these important products comes from a technology which was first introduced by Jabsco. The Flexible Impeller Pump (FIP) offers significant benefits when compared to other pump types for the pumping of viscous foodstuffs and other fluids that contain fragile solids. Despite these advantages, the Jabsco FIP has remained one of the best kept secrets in the processing industry.
