We hope you understand that these policies are initiated by the manufacturer.
All returns, regardless of reason, MUST be authorized first by contacting our Customer Service Department: pumps@pumpagents.com. To return a product, you must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. There is a limit of fifteen (15) calendar days for you to be eligible to contact us to return a product. If these fifteen days have passed, we are no longer able to accept any returns. If a product is defective, please contact the manufacturer of the product for repair and service issues. If you have any other questions, please contact our Customer Service Department at pumps@pumpagents.com for more information. Please have your order number ready, if available.
If a shipment arrives with visible or suspected freight damage, notify PumpAgents.com promptly, retain all packaging and the merchandise, photograph the shipment and damage, and note visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing whenever possible. Do not install or use visibly damaged merchandise. PumpAgents.com will assist with the applicable carrier claim and determine the available remedy based on the circumstances, carrier requirements, manufacturer requirements, and applicable law. Failure to retain packaging, document damage, or timely report carrier damage may impair a freight claim.
Products are subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty, if any. If you believe a product is defective, contact us promptly and do not continue operating equipment where doing so could cause additional damage or create a safety issue. Warranty eligibility, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, return, and other remedies may require manufacturer inspection or authorization and are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms. PumpAgents.com will reasonably assist with the warranty process but does not guarantee that a manufacturer will approve a particular warranty claim or remedy.

PumpAgents.com reserves the right to change prices without notice, prior to order confirmation.
PumpAgents.com reserves the right to correct pricing, catalog, shipping, or product-information errors after an order is submitted and after notifying you.
If an order is submitted with incorrect pricing or another material order error, you will be notified of the corrected terms and the order will proceed only after any required change is approved, or the order may be cancelled and refunded.
Orders will only be shipped if pricing is approved by management.
All listed prices on this website are subject to this approval.
Notification is not required if the price is correct.
Manufacturers are constantly updating their product lines and eliminating older models. Should you learn of a new model on the market which is not listed in our catalog, please contact us at pumps@pumpagents.com for your best quote. In addition, manufacturers are continuously changing their cost prices. When prices are lowered, we will pass the savings on to you.
All orders placed with PumpAgents.com are subject to review, verification, and acceptance by PumpAgents.com. An automated order confirmation, receipt, payment authorization, payment capture, estimated ship date, estimated delivery date, or other automated communication acknowledges receipt of an order request but does not by itself constitute final acceptance of the order or a guarantee of shipment or delivery.
PumpAgents.com may decline, hold, modify, or cancel an order before shipment when reasonably necessary, including for product availability, manufacturer or supplier availability, discontinued or substituted products, catalog or specification errors, pricing errors, payment or fraud concerns, export or regulatory restrictions, shipping restrictions, incorrect freight calculations, inaccurate product weights or dimensions, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order as submitted.
If PumpAgents.com cancels an order before shipment, amounts paid for the cancelled merchandise will be refunded to the original payment method. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, such refund will be the customer's exclusive remedy for an order cancelled before shipment.
Shipping methods and charges shown during checkout are estimates based on information available at the time of ordering and are subject to verification before shipment. Pumps, motors, pump and motor assemblies, and other heavy, oversized, hazardous, or unusually packaged products may require truck freight (including LTL freight), lift-gate service, special handling, or another shipping method even if parcel or ground service is initially displayed or included in an order confirmation.
If the shipping method or shipping charge must be changed, PumpAgents.com may contact the customer for approval, collect an additional shipping charge, refund an overpayment, or cancel and refund the order if suitable shipping arrangements cannot reasonably be made.
Carrier transit times and delivery performance are outside the direct control of PumpAgents.com. PumpAgents.com is not responsible for carrier delays, missed appointments, terminal delays, manufacturer or supplier delays, weather, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, customs or border delays, acts of government, natural events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers with a critical delivery requirement must advise PumpAgents.com before placing the order and obtain an express written commitment from PumpAgents.com if a guaranteed delivery date is required. A date generated by a website, shopping cart, carrier calculator, order receipt, or automated email is not a guaranteed delivery commitment.
Customers should not schedule installers, contractors, equipment shutdowns, production interruptions, inspections, compliance work, travel, or other activities dependent upon delivery until the merchandise has actually been received and inspected.
Unless PumpAgents.com expressly agrees otherwise in writing, shipment of an order by the agreed or reasonably selected carrier constitutes tender of delivery. Risk of loss and shipping claims will be handled in accordance with applicable law, carrier rules, and any written shipping terms applicable to the order.
Product descriptions, dimensions, weights, performance data, photographs, drawings, availability information, and other specifications are based primarily on information supplied by manufacturers and may change without notice. The customer is responsible for confirming model number, voltage, phase, horsepower, frequency, rotation, frame, materials of construction, seal materials, port size and orientation, dimensions, performance, chemical compatibility, regulatory requirements, installation requirements, and suitability for the customer's application before ordering or installing equipment. PumpAgents.com is not responsible for losses resulting from a customer's selection of an unsuitable product when the product supplied matches the item ordered.
Recommendations or assistance provided by PumpAgents.com are based on information supplied by the customer and do not replace engineering review, code compliance review, professional design services, manufacturer approval, or the customer's responsibility to verify suitability for a particular application. Applications involving life safety, hazardous locations, explosive atmospheres, regulated processes, environmental compliance, or other critical service should be independently reviewed by qualified professionals and confirmed with the manufacturer where appropriate.

A card authorization or charge does not waive PumpAgents.com's right to review or cancel an order before shipment under these policies. When an order or item is cancelled and a refund is due, PumpAgents.com will issue the refund to the original payment method. Nothing in these policies excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitation that is unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law.
PumpAgents.com will not be responsible for delay, failure to perform, or increased cost caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including manufacturer or supplier failures, carrier disruptions, shortages, strikes, labor disputes, fire, flood, severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, cyberattack, utility or communications failure, government action, import or export restrictions, customs delays, embargoes, transportation interruptions, or shortages of materials or components.
Customers must inspect shipments promptly upon receipt and notify PumpAgents.com promptly of shortages, visible freight damage, incorrect items, or other apparent problems. Customers are responsible for taking commercially reasonable steps to avoid or reduce losses after learning of a delay, cancellation, shipping issue, or product problem, including sourcing replacement equipment when reasonably necessary.
These Store Policies, together with the specific written terms shown on the applicable quotation, order, invoice, or other written agreement from PumpAgents.com, form part of the terms governing purchases from PumpAgents.com. Any different or additional terms contained in a customer's purchase order or other document are rejected unless expressly accepted in writing by an authorized representative of PumpAgents.com.
If any provision of these policies is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
PumpAgents.com may revise these policies from time to time. The version in effect when an order is placed will apply to that order unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing.
