The Price Pump F50AB-381-6A211-50-36-3T7 is a Close Coupled Centrifugal Pump and Motor unit, type F series, with a Bronze volute, a 3.81 inch Bronze impeller, a Bronze bracket, Type 6A Viton/Carbon/Ceramic Mechanical Seal, 3/4 Inch FNPT Suction x 1/2 Inch FNPT Discharge, and is close coupled to a 1/2 Horsepower, 3450 RPM, 50/60 HZ, 208-230/460 Volt, 3 Phase, TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) 56J frame Motor. *** NOTE : this design is intended for liquids with low Specific Gravities and may overload the motor if used with water or higher Specific Gravity liquids. This pump is a compact close coupled centrifugal pump. A vegetable fiber gasket seals the Bronze volute to the Bronze bracket. The Bronze impeller threads onto the motor shaft, so the pump end mounts straight to a NEMA 56J footless motor with no coupling and no alignment to hold. It handles liquid temperatures to 200 degrees F, with a maximum solid size of 0.150 inch. This unit is fitted with a Type 6A Viton/Carbon/Ceramic Mechanical Seal and takes a 3/4 Inch FNPT Suction and a 1/2 Inch FNPT Discharge, and it must be run above its minimum flow of 5 GPM. *** NOTE : this design is intended for liquids with low Specific Gravities and may overload the motor if used with water or higher Specific Gravity liquids.
