The Goulds e-SH Series pumps are 316 Stainless Steel end suction centrifugal pumps that replace the Goulds SSH series with higher efficiency and proven performance, for water, non-aggressive and moderately aggressive liquids in commercial building, industrial and a wide range of OEM applications. They are AISI 316 Stainless Steel construction for corrosion resistance and improved strength and ductility - a durable 316 SS casing for a diverse range of pumped fluids, a corrosion resistant 316 SS impeller that maintains performance and minimizes downtime, replaceable 316 SS shaft sleeves that minimize shaft wear, and replaceable wear rings that maximize efficiency through the total life of the pump. The close-coupled design is compact, saves space and simplifies maintenance, with the pump mounted directly to a NEMA premium efficient motor and no coupling to align, and the standard back pull-out design lets the impeller, bracket and motor be extracted for service without disconnecting the pump body from the piping. Each unit is built from four components - the wet-end kit, the impeller, the motor adapter and the motor - so a pump can be assembled to order and serviced by component; bearings are located in and are part of the motor. The e-SH handles liquid temperatures up to 250 degrees F, hydraulic performance is compliant with ANSI/HI 14.6 Grade 2B, and factory assembled pumps are certified to the NSF/ANSI 61 Drinking Water System Components Standard. This model is fitted with a EPR/Carbon/Silicon Carbide mechanical seal with EPR o-rings. Suction and discharge connections are 2-1/2 Inch class 150 Flanged Inlet x 2 Inch class 150 Flanged Discharge.
