Finish Thompson DB11P-14-M302 Sealless Magnetic Drive Pump

The Finish Thompson DB11P-14-M302 is a Sealless Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump and Motor unit, with Polypropylene Casing and Adapter, a 4.63 inch maximum diameter Polypropylene impeller, Carbon bushing, FKM o-ring, 6-pole magnet set, 2 inch NPT suction and 1-1/2 inch NPT discharge ports, and is closed coupled to a 1-1/2 Horsepower, 3450 RPM, 60 HZ, 460 Volt, 3 Phase, TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) 143TC frame Motor. This pump is a flooded suction, sealless magnetic drive centrifugal pump built without a mechanical seal, so there is nothing to leak, maintain or replace. Its casing, impeller and barrier are moulded in Glass Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene, its shaft and thrust rings are High-Purity Alumina Ceramic, and it runs on a Carbon bushing, which lets it run dry for hours without damage. The 4.63 inch maximum diameter Polypropylene impeller is two-piece, so it can be changed without replacing the inner drive, and it is driven through a 6-pole set of neodymium iron boron magnets, encapsulated in unfilled resin and balanced to ISO 1940 G2.5. Liquid enters through the 2 inch NPT suction and leaves through the 1-1/2 inch NPT discharge. It is close coupled to a 1-1/2 Horsepower, 3450 RPM, 60 HZ, 460 Volt, 3 Phase, TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) 143TC frame Motor, and the same pump end takes a range of horsepowers, so a heavier liquid is handled by fitting more power rather than a different pump. This size works to 90 psi working pressure, viscosity to 150 cP, specific gravity over 1.8, and liquid temperature to 180 degrees F in this material, at efficiencies up to 70 percent, and it should not be run below 4 gpm at 3450 RPM. The design is back pullout, the outer drive is measurement-free to set, and the pump is CE certified. This size carries a cast foot, fitted on the DB11 and DB15 only.
