Burks Pump 310G5-1-1/4ABME Centrifugal Pump and motor

The Burks 310G5-1-1/4ABME is a Centrifugal Pump and Motor, with All Bronze construction, Bronze casing and motor adapter, a 4.25 Inch Bronze Impeller, Bronze casing wear ring, 303 Stainless Steel shaft, EPT Mechanical Seal, 1-1/2 Inch NPT Inlet x 1-1/4 Inch NPT Discharge, and is close coupled to a 1 Horsepower, 3500 RPM, 60 HZ, 208-230/460 Volt, 3 Phase, ODP (Open Drip Proof) 56J frame Motor. The Burks G5 Series pumps are close coupled centrifugal pumps, 3500 RPM, 60 HZ, in bronze fitted or all bronze construction. The casing is close grain cast iron of 30,000 psi minimum tensile strength and can be turned to put the discharge in any of four positions; back pull-out design means the casing stays in the line, and taking out four cap screws removes the pumping assembly without disturbing the piping. A replaceable casing wear ring prevents wear on the casing. The enclosed bronze impeller is balanced for vibration free operation and threaded onto the one piece stainless steel motor shaft. Motors are 56 frame NEMA standard mounting with ball bearings, rated with jet pump service factors for continuous duty; single phase and totally enclosed motors have built in overload protection, three phase motors must be installed with a magnetic starter. Maximum inlet pressure is 100 PSI and casing working pressure 200 PSI; every pump is factory tested to Hydraulic Institute standards. This pump is All Bronze construction, G5-1-1/4 size, close coupled to a 1 Horsepower, 3500 RPM, 60 HZ, 208-230/460 Volt, 3 Phase, ODP (Open Drip Proof) 56J frame Motor. It uses a EPT mechanical seal with a EPT casing o-ring, for hot water or caustic service. Suction and discharge connections are 1-1/2 Inch NPT Inlet x 1-1/4 Inch NPT Discharge.
