The Roper Pump 3611HBFRV is a Heavy duty Gear Pump end only, with outboard bearing, built in Relief Valve, Cast Iron construction, hardened Iron helical gears, Bronze bearings, packing seal, right angle 2 inch NPT Flanged ports, and is rated for up to 82.5 GPM, and 125 PSI at maximum shaft speed of 750 RPM. This pump features heat treated cast-iron pumping gears that are accurately machined for quiet, efficient operation and long life. The four heavy duty sleeve bearings are special wear-resistant, high-lead bronze providing positive support to the pumping gears to ensure long, efficient service. Precise manufacturing tolerances provide minimum clearances for maximum pumping efficiency, and large, hardened steel dowel pins ensure positive alignment between the faceplate, case, and backplate. The standard shaft seal graphite packing is suited for general purpose applications, and for optimum performance, the gland must be adjusted to allow slight seepage.
