The MTH Pump T41D-SS is an All Stainless Steel Turbine Pump and Motor unit, with All Stainless Steel Construction, Stainless Alloy Impeller, Viton Mechanical shaft seal, 1 inch NPT Suction port, 1 inch NPT Discharge port, and is close coupled to an electric motor. This all-316 stainless T41 series pump has a fully stainless body, impeller, sleeve/bushing, and shaft and is made for high-corrosion and chemical-service environments. Level precision is used to maximize hydraulic efficiency through cavitation resistance, low NPSH, optimized passages, and a hydrodynamically balanced impeller. Seals use Viton O-rings with Viton-carbon or Viton-ceramic seating, which can withstand high temperatures (up to 300 degrees F with internal flush) and aggressive fluids. It has all the useful features of the T41 series, including zero-thrust mounting, rotatable discharge, three-piece construction, water flinger protection, and a 300 psi case pressure rating and 20 percent vapor handling. It is designed for long-term, low-maintenance use in corrosive industrial and sanitary fluid applications and has undergone extensive factory testing.
