The MTH Pump T41D-AB is an All Bronze Turbine Pump and Motor unit, with All Bronze Construction, Bronze Impeller, Buna Mechanical shaft seal, 1 inch NPT Suction port, 1 inch NPT Discharge port, and is close coupled to an electric motor. The MTH Pump T41D-AB is an All Bronze Turbine Pump and Motor unit, with All Bronze Construction, Bronze Impeller, Buna Mechanical shaft seal, 1 inch NPT Suction port, 1 inch NPT Discharge port, and is close coupled to an electric motor. The bronze motor bracket, cover, impeller, and sleeve/bushing of the all-bronze T41 pump are a completely corrosion-resistant package. Its precision-machined inlet passages and hydraulically balanced bronze impeller guarantee low NPSH, high cavitation resistance, and nearly constant capacity over a wide range of pressure variations. It is resistant to leakage in hot water (up to 230 degrees F) thanks to Buna-N O-rings and Buna-carbon mechanical seals. It functions equally well in both horizontal and vertical orientation because of a hydrodynamic impeller film and a full stainless-steel shaft that prevent axial thrust. It can handle up to 20 percent entrained vapor without cavitating and is rated for 300 PSI case pressure. It is perfect for clean liquid systems that require strong corrosion resistance because it only has three main serviceable parts, a water flinger for bearing protection, and 100 percent factory testing.
