MP # 36649 HTW 120 Pump and Motor unit 5 HP

The MP 36649 is a Ductile Iron HTW 120 series Centrifugal Hot Water Pump and Motor unit, with 5.75 inch Diameter Impeller, 2 inch by 1-1/2 inch NPT Ports, close coupled to a 5 Horsepower, 230/460 Volts, Three Phase Motor. This patented centrifugal end suction hot water pump was specifically designed for high temperature processes. On top of water, the Tempuflo HTW 120 can pump various liquids such as ethylene, propylene, and triethylene glycols in the industrial and OEM industries. The hot water pump utilizes an isolated seal chamber which is cooled by a cooling loop and fan clamp. The isolator technology combined with the heat exchanger allows the seal cavity to reach a maximum and seal chamber temperature of 170 F (77 C) while the process temperature is at 400 F (204 C). This lower seal temperature greatly increases seal life, which means less down time for the end user. Discharge port location can be provided as either Horizontal or Vertical position.
