The Little Giant 503603 is a 3E-34N Submersible Industrial Pump, Oil-filled, Direct Drive, rated for 670 GPH gallons per hour at 1 foot of head open flow, with a 3/4 inch MNPT inlet port by 1/2 inch MNPT outlet port, coupled to a 1/15 Horsepower, 115 Volt, single phase Motor that has a 10 foot cord. The pump uses a 1/15 HP oil-filled motor, a 3/4 inch intake, and a 1/2 inch discharge. It can pump liquids with a maximum temperature of 120 F. Its housing and cover are made from epoxy coated cast aluminum; its volute and impeller, nylon; its shaft seal, Viton; and its screen, polypropylene. This pump can be used in either submersible or in-line applications. It uses an epoxy coated die-cast aluminum housing, an oil-filled motor, a 1/2 inch discharge, and thermal overload protections. It has a 20.3 foot maximum lift, and it requires 208 watts of power

Applications
There are many applications that the Little Giant 503603 are used in. Typical applications for this pump include Submersed or inline use, water transfer or recirculation, water displays, air conditioners and machine tool coolants.
This pump may be used submerged or inline. It may be positioned at any attitude, but preferably with the volute located down or to the side. The weight of the pump must be supported adequately. DO NOT support the pump by the discharge connection alone. The pump may be supported by using the two mounting holes in the back of the pump. These holes accept 8 selftapping screws. Hole depth is.37" DO NOT exceed the hole depth. Do not restrict the intake side of the pump. This may cause damage to the seal and may starve the pump. For reduced flow rates, place a valve on the discharge side of the pump, or if flexible vinyl tubing is used a clamp on the tubing to restrict the flow. Do not let the unit operate dry. It is cooled by pumping fluid. You may damage the seal and the motor may fail if the pump is allowed to run dry. If the unit is going to be idle for a period of time, follow the cleaning instructions outlined in the usr manual. Do not let the unit freeze, as this may cause cracking or distortion that may destroy the unit
