The Johnson CM90P7-1-BL-13.6V-D38 is a Plastic PPA Magnetically Driven DC Circulation Pump with Brushless Motor, IP67 rated, with Plastic PA 12 Impeller, 1-1/2 inch Hose Inlet by 1-1/2 inch Hose Outlet Ports, coupled to a 125 Watts, 12 Volt DC Motor. This pump is a Magnetically driven Direct Current (DC) powered Circulation Pump. This Magnetically driven pump has no seal, so it has no leakage. It has a long life expectancy and can withstand dry running for up to 30 minutes. The motor has a higher IP classification of IP67, which means it will reliably function in the toughest environments, water-proof as well as dust-proof, and withstands powerful water jets used during maintenance, and will even withstand submersion for up to 30 minutes. The motor is a brush-less permanent magnet ball bearing mounted motor which offers long life expectancy, and it has potted electronics in case electronics are submerged in compound being pumped, and has a conformal coating on the electric components. The motor has superior permanently lubricated bearings which allows continual operation of 20,000 plus hours. This unit adheres to the UN R10 - EMC regulation and complies with relevant EMC regulations and directives. This means increased reliability, reduced warranty issues and service costs. The motor has a built in temperature limitation that will shut down the motor when the operating temperature is too high. When the motor reaches an acceptable temperature level it will start again. This pump is a normalpriming centrifugal pump and should be mounted in a manner that ensures that they are always flooded or else be primed before being switched on. The pump should not be run dry, even if it stands a shorter time of dry running. The maximum dry running without liquid is 30 minutes, but note that dry running will always cause increased wear.
