The Johnson 10-24664-02 is a Plastic glass-fiber reinforced PPA Magnetically Driven DC Circulation Pump with enclosed Motor, IP67 rated, 23.7 GPM flow, with Plastic PA 12 Impeller, 1-1/2 inch Hose Inlet by 1-1/2 inch Hose Outlet Ports, coupled to a 125 Watts, 24 Volts DC Motor. This pump is a Magnetically driven Direct Current (DC) powered Circulation Pump. This Magnetically driven pump has no seal, so it has no leakage. It has a long life expectancy and can withstand dry running for up to 30 minutes. The motor has a higher IP classification of IP67, which means it will reliably function in the toughest environments, water-proof as well as dust-proof, and withstands powerful water jets used during maintenance, and will even withstand submersion for up to 30 minutes. The motor is a permanent magnet, ball bearing mounted motor, designed for continuous operation, and has superior permanently lubricated bearings which allows continual operation of 10,000 plus hours. This unit adheres to the UN R10 - EMC regulation and complies with relevant EMC regulations and directives. This means increased reliability, reduced warranty issues and service costs. This is a good allround circulation pump wherever selfpriming is not essential. Heat flanges on both the motor and the pump also increase service life as they dissipate heat from the unit, which can pump liquids efficiently at a very wide range of temperatures. The CM90 also features integral thermal overload protection and is EMC approved according to EN 55014 standards.The CM90 magnetic driven centrifugal pump combines a high flow rate with very low electricity consumption, making it ideal for vehicular heating and cooling systems. This pump is a normalpriming centrifugal pump and should be mounted in a manner that ensures that they are always flooded or else be primed before being switched on. The pump should not be run dry, even if it stands a shorter time of dry running. The maximum dry running without liquid is 30 minutes, but note that dry running will always cause increased wear.
