The Johnson 10-13329-104 is a Polypropylene Aqua Jet Flow Master WPS 5.0 24V Water Pressure Pump, variable flow diaphragm pump and motor pressure system, with EPDM Diaphragm, coupled to a 24 Volts DC Motor. This pump can operate in fresh or sea water. This self-priming Aqua Jet Flow Master WPS 5.0 pump incorporates state-of-the-art electronics to automatically control the pump speed. The digital controller adjusts water flow as the demand is increased and decreased while maintaining a very smooth flow. The unique variable flow feature of the Aqua Jet Flow Master WPS 5.0 pump makes it a smart choice for better flow, lower noise and less amp draw. When water is demanded at the faucet or shower the pressure decreases. After a slight drop in pressure below 50 psi the integrated digital controller automatically soft starts the pump to maintain the required pressure. As more water is demanded this controller detects a drop in pressure and automatically increases the motor speed which increases the flow volume. As demand is reduced the digital control will reduce the motor speed until the pressure reaches 50 psi at which point the pump is automatically turned off. The durable construction and thoughtful design of the Flow Master 5.0 will provide many years of service. The Flow Master 5.0 offers variable speed, a quiet operation, smooth flowing, and self priming. The digital controller turns the pump on and off automatically when tap is opened and closed. It provides dry running without damage, low power consumption, and quick disconnect fittings. The Flow Master 5.0 is a self-priming pump, self-priming up to 2.5 m/8.2 feet. and the intake lines must be air tight to ensure self priming. A dry running Pump will not be damaged by only a short periods of dry running. Take caution and do not use this pump for any other liquids than fresh-water and sea-water. The maximum temperature of liquid +50 degrees C/+120 degrees F and maximum ambient temperature of +60 degrees C/+140 degrees F. A PUMProtector Inlet Strainer included. It is recommended to install with an accumulator tank.

This pump can easily build the pressure needed for any pressurized water supply system. The Aqua Jet five chamber diaphragm pump provides the perfect water pressure solution for both small and medium sized leisure and commercial boats as well as for mobile homes, campers and summer homes. Quiet and pulsationfree even at low speeds. Efficient and compact, Aqua Jet pumps are particularly suitable where low amperage and sound levels in relation to water flow are placed at a premium such as in shower and galley applications. Integrated pressure switch turns pump on and off automatically when tap is opened and closed. It will operate in fresh or sea water and is selfpriming.

Locate the pump in a dry location and if the pump is mounted vertically, then the motor should face up too. First mark out the screw positions and drill pilot holes. Mount the pump using stainless steel screws making sure not to overly compress the vibration damping rubber feet. It is recommended that reinforced, high pressure flexible tubing is used. If rigid pipe is used, a length of 225 mm/9 inches minimum, 36 on each side of inletoutlet of flexible tubing should be installed between the pump and the rigid pipe. This installation will address noise and damage caused by vibration transmitted to the rigid pipe. Use only stainless steel hose clamps to secure tubing to quick disconnect fittings and any other hose barbs in the system. To not interfere with proper functioning of valves, a strainer must be installed in line before the pump intake to prevent debris from entering pump. For electrical installation the pump must be installed according to ISO 10133 Small craft Electrical system Extra low voltage DC installation for continuous current and the fuse must be ignition protected. This motor is equipped with builtin thermal protection to prohibit the motor from overheating. This type of protection is automatically restored when the motor is cooled. When the pump is connected with separate earth lead, this should be yellow/green and connected to the motor base. Consult the wiring table for the correct installation. Note Negative wires must be black. Choose a wire size that should correspond with total wire length and the wire connections must be sealed using a marine sealant. Prior to installation with electrical control systems, be sure that the equipment used has sufficiently rated capacity to accept amperage draw of motor because low voltage may cause the motor to overheat.
