The Groco CB-10-12V is a Plastic Marine Centrifugal Booster Pump and Motor unit, Plastic Base with threaded garden hose ports useable with 1 inch ID hose, coupled to a 12 Volt DC Motor. This light weight non-metallic pump has a 17 GPM flow which is ideal for baitwell circulation or any onboard pumping job that needs high GPM flow but relatively low pressure. The Motor is Continuous-duty, Ignition Protected, with No-rust plastic base and has a 316 stainless steel shaft. Centrifugal pumps are silent running and easy to service. Long-life motor brushes are used for anticipated continuous-duty operation. Construction is suitable for non-explosive chemical environments such as engine coolant circulation, typically a 50/50 mixture of ethylene glycol and water at temperatures as high as 200 degrees F.

The CB1012V centrifugal pump is a highcapacity upto 17 GPM centrifugal pump designed for use in fresh or salt water hot or cold circulating systems. Pump construction is of noncorrosive nonmetallic and stainless steel, so CB10 may be used to pump nearly any nonflammable, nonexplosive liquid. Install the pump in a location that will provide generous air flow to aid in motor cooling. Fasten to the mount platform with four 1/4 inch stainless steel fasteners. This pump is not selfpriming so the installation location must assure a flooded inlet/suction. Adequate wire size is essential for proper motor and pump performance. The orange wire is positive . Make electrical connections with marine grade crimp terminals. You can control this pump with a toggle switch or with the FPC10R Pump Cycle Timer. No routine maintenance is required. Freezing water within will damage the pump. Close the inlet seacock and disconnect the connecting fittings or hose to drain water. Remove the pump cover to drain water from the pump cavity. Make plumbing connections with garden hose 1 inch ID hose. Double clamp hose connections. Avoid sharp bends and sags in plumbing lines, and use fullflow fittings and hose if possible.
