The Groco 200-0006-12 is a Plastic Automotive Centrifugal Booster Pump and Motor unit, Continuous Duty, Metal Base with 1 Inch by 1 Inch ID Hose barb Ports, coupled to a 12 Volt DC Motor. This Non-corroding plastic pump is a high capacity (up to 17 GPM) long-life pump designed for use in hot or cold water circulating systems. The Motor has a 400 series stainless steel shaft, and a Metal Base. This centrifugal pump is silent running, is simple to service and operate, and will handle small solids without pump damage. It will provide high GPM flow but relatively low pressure. Years of trouble-free service can be expected without servicing filters or check valves. A centrifugal pump will not self-prime, so a flooded inlet is required.

Applications
The 200000612 centrifugal pump can be installed in any position, horizontal or vertical. This pump is not selfpriming, so installation must be in a location that assures that the pump will have a flooded inlet at all times. Fasten the pump securely to the selected mount surface with four 4 screws through the grommets on the pump baseplate. This pump is intended for use with 1 inch ID hose. Doubleclamp all hose connections. Proper wire size selection is essential for proper pump performance and motor life. Connect the orange wire to DC and the black wire to DC power. Protect the pump with a dedicated 10amp circuit breaker. Periodically inspect the pump for signs of leakage. If leakage is detected install service kit P2.
