Product Information :

The Gorman Rupp Industries (GRI) model # INTG3-550 is a PPS Plastic (Ryton) Series INTG3 Magnetic Drive Circulation Pump with a PPS Plastic (Ryton) Impeller, 3/4 inch MHB Ports, close coupled to a 9-24 VDC, 2 Wire electric Motor. This magnetically coupled centrifugal pump has a compact, lightweight design, eliminating motor bearings and leaving the impeller assembly as the only moving part. Fewer parts promote long life, quiet operation, and low power consumption. This pump can be specially tailored to meet the needs of an interested engineering team, and can pump up to 9 gallons a minute. It comes specially equipped with a Brushless motor that operates at 12-24 DC volts. The pump can be equipped with a tachometer upon request, and can also be equipped with an analog 0-5 DC volt input, and/or a PVM digital signal input. It is designed for longevity, and can be configured in multiple suction, discharge port and intake configurations. Motor has The speed of the pump is determined by the voltage supplied. The wetted materials of this pump are PPS Plastic (Ryton), EPDM, and Ceramic. The maximum temperature for this pump is 203 degrees F.

Applications

Designed for the circulation and transfer of fluids, the Integrity Series INTG3550 Pumps offer a flexible, safe and robust solution to moving fluid in critical hightech OEM applications. These pumps work great in Server and Electronics Cooling where these leakfree, longlasting, and efficient pumps can safely pump fluid in critical applications. Other applications for these pumps are hydronic systems, marine applications, medical technologies, laser systems, beverage dispensers, fluid circulation and recirculation devices, fuel cells, public transit systems, coolant systems, chillers, recreational vehicles, electronic cooling, solar heating and cooling, server cooling, and general coolers. These energy efficient Magnetic Drive Pumps have been proven in many Alternative Energy OEM applications such as Fuel Cells, Hydrogen Generation, Energy Storage, Electric Vehicles, and Solar Thermal. These pumps are also the perfect pump for the server and electronics cooling markets. The increasing popularity of Cloud computing and storage, for both home and business, has created a growing demand for highly efficient and extremely fast data centers. The consequence of higher computer processing speeds is the generation of more heat; not a good thing for electronics. Previously aircooled, many data centers are now switching to liquid cooling technology as a more effective and efficient method of dissipating computergenerated heat in critical hightech equipment. Cooling Distribution Units CDU, Direct Contact Liquid Cooling DCLC and Immersion Cooling technology all use heat exchangers as a means to remove heat away from the electronics. Designed for the circulation and transfer of fluids, these Integrity Series Pumps offer a flexible, safe and robust solution to moving fluid in critical hightech OEM applications. Equipped with an integrated brushless DC variable speed motor, these sealless, motor integrated centrifugal pumps incorporate the components into a compact, lightweight design. Fewer parts promote long life, quiet operation, and low power consumption.

Do Not Run the Pumps without liquid. Pumps must be in a continuous flooded suction environment.
