The Gorman Rupp Industries (GRI) model # INTG1-386 is a PPS Plastic (Ryton) Series INTG1 Magnetic Drive Circulation Pump with a PPS Plastic (Ryton) Impeller, 3/8 inch MPT Ports, close coupled to a 12-24 VDC, 3 Wire electric Motor. This pump is made with a special, GRI-specific blend of PPS, and is designed to meet the flow and pressure requirements of an OEM. It comes equipped with a motor that's Brushless and that has a variable DC speed motor. The pump is sealless, and has a minimalist design. It can pump 0.5 to 2.5 gallons a minute, and can be equipped with a tachometer. It consumes a minimum of power (operates at 12-36 DC volts), can be configured in numerous ways, is designed for longevity, and is driven magnetically. The Maximum Power of this pump is approximately 18 Watts. To protect the control board, each Integrity Series pump will be issued with a Maximum Power limit (Watts). To stay within this limit, the recommended fuse size (Amps) will be based on the voltage supplied. (Watts = Voltage X Amps). Motor has The speed of the pump is determined by the voltage supplied. The motor is 3-wire - attaching a 0-5v DC or PWM input signal to the third wire gives the ability to adjust voltage and speed of the pump. If the third wire is not connected, the pump will run full-on. The wetted materials of this pump are PPS Plastic (Ryton), EPDM, and Ceramic. The maximum temperature for this pump is 203 degrees F.
