The Gianneschi CP40-230V is a Bronze CP Series Self Priming Liquid Ring Pump and Motor unit with Bronze Impeller, 1-1/2 Inch by 1-1/2 Inch Ports, coupled to a 0.75 KW (1 Horsepower), 1450 RPM, 230 Volt AC, 50/60 Hz, Single Phase Motor. This pump is specially equipped with a bronze impeller and body, a 316 stainless steel shaft, an a high quality ceramic mechanical seal with graphite inox, as well as utilizes IP55 protections and Class F insulation. It is self-priming up to 8 m, it can go as high as 1750 RPM, and it operates at 60 Hz at 2 Hp. It is recommended that one install a clapet valve and filter with its suction pipe in order to avoid backflow through the pump, and the installed must pump water through it when either rebooting or first initializing it in order to achieve the necessary suction for it to automattically prime itself. Applications

Typical applications for the CP40230V include showers, liquid intake, grey water discharges, diesel and oil, bilges, galleys, as well as in pumping seawater and fresh water.
