Flojet # R3B21-503B Road Roller Pump

The Flojet R3B21-503B is a Triplex Series Road Roller Diaphragm Pump and Motor unit, 1.25 GPM Flow, with Glass filled nylon housing, Santoprene Diaphragm, Viton Check Valve, with 1/2 inch HB Straight Ports, coupled to a 24 Volt DC Motor. This 3 chamber diaphragm pump is designed to evenly spray water to surface of the rollers to prevent concrete or pavement from sticking. It has an external bypass that protects the pump from back pressure, and does not have a pressure switch, so it must be turned off/on manually, or by an independent control device. It will continue to run until the power is manually turned off. This pump is engineered and constructed with the latest co-injection mold diaphragm technology to significantly reduce potential leak paths. This pump offers unequalled pump performance and life, offers exceptional flow rates and pressures. This diaphragm pump is self-priming and can run dry without harm. With operating pressures exceeding 50 psi and self-priming capabilities exceeding 10 ft, this pump is specifically designed for continuously directing confined sheet-like sprays of water onto the surfaces of rollers. It includes a heavy duty strainer to protect the pump and nozzle from clogging. It is a continuous duty pump, however continuous duty service will limit motor brush life. Operation at lower pressures and temperatures, will extend overall pump service life. It has a robust design featuring a heavy duty Permanent magnet DC motor mounted to a welded baseplate, and can be mounted easily anywhere with functional mounting platforms and simple connections - fit it anywhere and plumb up. It has Plug-in ports for easy installation and servicing.
