Product Manual PDF (view)The AMT 316F-95 is a Cast Iron Self-Priming Dredging Pump and Engine unit with a High Chromium Stainless Steel Impeller, Viton S/C Shaft Seal, 2 Inch NPT Ports, coupled to a 5 Horsepower, Honda GX160 Engine. These dredging pumps are abrasion-resistant, heavy duty, centrifugal, self-priming (to 20 ft. lift), portable units shipped completely assembled and mounted. Pump is equipped with abrasion resistant high chromium steel, semi-open, solids handling impeller, replaceable volute and wearplate. A built-in check valve assists in priming and a silicon-carbide mechanical shaft seal resists wear and leaking. Simple four bolt casing design for easy cleanout and wear part replacement. Handles liquids from 40 degrees to 160 degrees F (4 degrees to 71 degrees C). This pump is for use with nonflammable liquids compatible with pump component materials.

Applications
The AMT 316F95 Engine Driven Dredging Pump is designed for pumping sea water and fresh water containing up to 25 percent sand, debris and other abrasive particles. This unit can be used for other marine applications including dredging, pile driving, pier maintenance, emergency bilging and wash down. This pump is constructed of wear resistant high chromium stainless steel internal components that are designed to last for over 500 hours of service with regular maintenance of rinsing pump after each use. The high chromium stainless steel components are investment cast and CNC machined for maximum efficiency, performance and quality. Dual volute design reduces radial load on engine. The 4bolt casing design and removable type volute offers simple maintenance and fast cleanout of the pump
