Product Manual PDF (view)The Jabsco 50860-0012 is a stainless steel centrifugal pump with 3/4 Inch NPT Ports, coupled to a 12 Volt DC Motor. The High Pressure Cyclone is a long-life pump that delivers flows of up to 21 GPM (80 LPM) and pressures up to 17 psi (1.2 bar), making it ideal for general transfer and circulation duties for water and mild chemicals where more restrictions are present. It can be used in conjunction with trigger nozzles. Jabsco circulation pumps are designed for reliability and ease of use. Centrifugal pumps are the correct product for closed-circuit circulation systems, such as livewell circulation, washdown, central heating and other flooded suction applications. The Cyclone can be mounted on any flat surface. The pump must be installed below the lowest fluid level to maintain flooded suction. This pump can be run dry for short periods of time, and it can be run against a closed discharge.

Applications
This is a robust, longlife Stainless Steel General Purpose Centrifugal circulation pump, with high efficiency and flow, designed specifically for the marine and industrial markets. Typical applications would be for circulation applications such as hot and cold water systems, windscreen washing, livewell and bait tank systems and liquid transfer. These circulation pumps can be used in low pressure circulation applications such as marine central heating systems where they can be used to circulate heated coolant water heater from an engines recirculating fresh water system through radiators in the vessel living spaces. These Pump may be run dry for short periods of time. Pump may be run against a closed discharge. If mounted vertically, ensure the motor is above the pump head. Use 3/4 Inch pipe fittings with PTFE pipe joint tape or compound.
