Product Manual PDF (view)The Jabsco 12520-1004 is a bronze Flexible Impeller pump with a Viton Impeller, Viton Lip Type seal, coupled to a 1/6 Horsepower, 1725 RPM, 115 Volts, ODP, 60 HZ Motor, with a 8 foot Cord 3 Prong Plug. This pump has a nominal Flow rate of 6 US gallons/min (22.8 Litres/min). This pump has a vertical dry suction lift of 3 feet with the Viton impeller. Be sure suction lines are airtight or pump will not self-prime. The Viton impeller in this pump is good for hydrocarbons and solvents. Temperature limits for Viton impeller are 60 degrees to 180 degrees F (15 degrees to 82 degrees C). The Jabsco 12520 Series Pumps are very versatile, moderate flow rate, portable self-priming utility pumps suitable for continuous duty applications. Use these pumps for general transfer pumping where self-priming, 6 GPM (22.8 LPM) flow, debris tolerance and portable 115 Volt AC operation is desired. Long-lasting AC induction motor has no brushes to wear out. For continuous operation at 75 degrees F (24 degrees C), do not exceed 15 psi (1 bar) outlet pressure or 38 feet (11.6m) of lift. Pump may be mounted in any position. Inlet port is on the right and discharge port on the left when facing pump. This unit depends on liquid pumped for lubrication. Do Not Run Dry for more than 30 seconds. Lack of liquid will damage the impeller and the pump components.
Do not pump gasoline, solvents, thinners or other flammable liquids. Do not use where flammable vapors are present.
