Product Information :

The Iwaki KBA-3ZBU2 is a Simplex Bellows Metering Pump and Motor unit, 2KBA series, with 2 Inch Bellows, 12 SPM strokes per minute, adjustable cam, 0.35 inch ID ports, with coupled to a 115 Volt, Single Phase Motor. These pumps have a dry run capability, are self-priming, have no dynamic seals, are corrosion resistant, and have long, maintenance-free operation. Perpetual running of motor is not recommended. This Iwaki bellows pump is a chemical feed pump that features the simplest structures and low cost. Proven performers, Iwaki bellows pumps are extensively used in the photographic, plating, medical and electronics industries. These bellows pumps operate on a positive displacement principle, and are designed to displace both corrosive and noncorrosive fluids. Discharge pressure is maintained over the entire flow range of the pump. Poppet valves are used to prevent back flow; and springs are available to provide a positive shutoff, preventing siphoning through the pump in applications where a positive suction head exists. The flow rate of this bellows pump can be adjusted by modifying the length of the discharge stroke. The flow rate can be adjusted when the pump is stopped. A adjusting screw regulates the cam which modifies the stroke length of the bellows module.
